ABOUT US
ENC began in 1999, founded by Senior Pastors Tim and Colleen Winter, with their three children, who serve alongside them in ministry today. Our desire is to spread the love and discipleship of God's Son Jesus Christ to everyone we can through the Word of God, worship, and service to our community.

Eagles' Nest Church started as a family and carries an anointing to grow secure, strong families, rooted in the love of God. Our Mission is to bring generations together to encounter God and tell people about His loving presence as a Father, inviting others into the family of God through our testimony and His Word.
We have a heart to see God's Kingdom of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit on earth as it is in heaven, more and more with each passing moment. We have a heart for our region and nation to have a passion for Jesus, and to see the world come together to worship in Spirit and in Truth. We are a family of believers, with a heart to build one another up in faith, reaching out to those around us with the same love Christ showed towards us.

It's about people growing in the Lord together as brothers and sisters, surrounded by many mothers and fathers, equipping the body of Christ, building one another up in the unique strengths we are called to serve with to work together in unity of faith. It is about raising generations up to be worshipers of the Father, knowing our identity is in Him, and His Spirit is in us. It's about all this and more -- doing life together and seeing heaven on earth, and the radiance of His glorious Kingdom shining through us.
OUR HEART
We have a heart for our city and nation to have a passion for Jesus, and to see the world come together to worship in Spirit and in Truth. We have a heart to partner with the global church to use our talents to glorify God and offer this world something better than they have been shown, and that is a place in the family of God. We have a heart to see God's Kingdom of righteousness, peace and joy revealed on earth as it is in heaven, more and more with each passing moment.
WE ARE WORSHIPERS, AND WE ARE LOVERS OF THE PRESENCE OF GOD.
WE ARE KIDS, YOUNG ADULTS, PARENTS, SENIORS, AND ALL OF US YOUNG AT HEART.

ENC exists to build strong families one person at a time, using faith, hope and love to bring the goodness of heaven on earth, so that all people will know God as their Heavenly Father and enjoy life in every season.

Tim & Colleen Winter
Tim and Colleen Winter are the founders and lead pastors of Eagles' Nest Church. They have three children and enjoy pioneering with their church family into God's call on their lives toward the local church. They share a passion to see families grow strong and do well, and for all generations and races to join together to express worship and walk in their identity as a righteous son or daughter of God.
Stuart & Kyrie Winter
Stu is our Worship Pastor. He is an ordained minister as well as a songwriter and keyboardist/vocals for ENC WORSHIP and The Bright Rising, with a Masters in Finance from Marquette University. His wife Kyrie is Alive Youth's worship leader and is a hair and beauty stylist on the side. Stu and his wife Kyrie enjoy writing music together.
Mitchell & Emily Winter
Mitch and Emily are our Flight School childrens pastors. Together they lead our childrens and nursery volunteers in guiding the next generation in learning who they are and who their Heavenly Father is. Mitch is also a worship leader and lead guitarist for ENC WORSHIP and The Bright Rising and a songwriter, and Emily also volunteers with ENC MEDIA.
Wendy Kate Winter
Wendy is our ENC MEDIA Director and webmaster, leading our creative design team. She is also an ordained minister, worship leader, songwriter, vocalist and violinist for ENC WORSHIP and The Bright Rising. She has a degree in General and Instrumental Music Education from UW-Milwaukee, and enjoys the outdoors and a good cup of coffee.

Clark & Linda Branscombe
Clark and Linda are our Alive Youth Pastors. They have a heart to see the middle and high school age group impact culture with the love and power of Jesus that changes the world. Alive Youth meet every Wednesday to worship and grow together in their purpose and identity in Christ. Clark and Linda also own a salon and enjoy skiing, hunting, and youth group trips and hangouts.
